This past week I've found myself listening mostly to songs that I can sing along with. Basically, this week has been one long karaoke session! I've mastered Ikon's Love Scenario, Henry's I'm Good and now I'm ready for the next challenge! These last few days I've also been listening to a lot of Ed Sheeran and Shawn Mendes songs but I managed to keep these few K-pop songs on replay throughout the week.
The people have spoken!
I asked you guys on facebook what drama recommendations you wanted to see next (which if you aren’t following me yet, why not? I’m a fun person!) And Korean dramas it is. Due to life getting busy, I feel that I’ve fallen behind and am currently playing catch up with the newer dramas, so today I thought I would mention a current trend I’m seeing in Kdramaworld.
What is it?
Supernatural thrillers.
After Save Me came, blew our minds, and left us hanging, I’ve been noticing an increase in religious and supernatural dramas. Usually, I hate when everyone decides to hop aboard the troupe train, but the use of supernatural, and religion to make a horror, thriller plot is so unique I couldn’t help but buy a first class ticket! Some of them were just straight disappointing (*cough*The ghost detective*cough*) but luckily there were quite a few saviors!
===================================================================================
~ Save Me ~
===================================================================================
~ Fiery Priest ~
===================================================================================
~ The Guest ~
I was surprised to see how many people didn’t know about this show, or just turned a blind eye, because this show is a hidden gem. The cast wasn’t filled with any big names, but they were perfect! This story wasn’t scary in the general sense of things jumping out, and sudden loud noises. Nope. This story weaved a haunting complex plot of about a demonic being that existed in everyday life. I wouldn’t recommend watching this drama at night (or at least not alone).
On a side note, it’s strange how Kim Jae Wook stunned all of us in his role as a cursed priest, and now his next role is with Park Min Young in a romantic comedy. It will take a little adjusting to.
===================================================================================
~ Possessed ~
I feel like the only people watching this drama are the ones with Netflix subscriptions (like me!). Otherwise, nobody knows about it. Another show filled with smaller names, but this cast is amazing none the less. It’s amazing how you can be laughing one moment, and hiding behind a pillow the next. The plot manages to tell an addicting tale of a horrible detective, a psychic and their funny, scary, investigations.
===================================================================================
~ Priest ~
WARNING if you plan on picking up this show, make sure you have time to binge watch it. There is no other way.
So let's go ahead and air my dirty laundry. I love Yeon Woo Jin. I have loved him since I saw him in Kara: Secret Love (raise your hand if you watched it!) and I fell more in love with him after watching My Shy Boss (yeah, unlike half of the kdrama community I loved that show and I’ve re-watched it many times. Got a problem?). Since I’m still watching it I can’t say if this drama will become a new favorite but at the moment it is a solid 10/10! Right now it has a similar vibe to The Guest, and I am drooling over it. The plot is keeping me on edge right now, and I can’t wait to find out what happens next. So let me hop back to it~
===================================================================================
Are there any supernatural thrillers that you can recommend? Let me know if you are currently watching any of these dramas, and what you think about them!
Until next time! Peace!
Hiya friends! How R U Today?
Did you enjoy your holidays? I mostly just spent my time stressing over technology and marking the days off my calendar until Idol producer season 2 starts airing. Did you do anything fun? I would love to hear some of the exciting things you did or the places you went to. (I have to live vicariously through you)
Today I wanted to help wrap up the year and give my opinion on the best songs of 2018. With so many releases it's very hard to compile the list to just 10 songs, but I did my best to mention the songs that enjoyed the most. I spent a lot of time complaining this list so hopefully, you find some of your favorite songs on the list!
LET'S START!
==============================================================================================
#10 Highlight - Loved
I was debating for a long~ time on whether to add this song to my top 2018 songs list. I mean the song just came out in November so its only been out for a few weeks while I'm writing this, and let's be honest I am probably just being biased since I've been keeping it on replay.
I've never been a big fan of but this song was just simply amazing. I love how vocals go from soft to loud, low to high and the best part is the breaks where the violin sound emerges. The lyrics had a deep, sorrowful meaning and had me wishing I could give everybody a hug. Also, I had to rewatch the mv a few times since I was flabbergasted! (You didn't know I could use such big words, surprised? Now you know the feeling) " Highlight can dance?!"
===============================================================================================
#9 Key - One of Those Nights
Ok, so here goes another recent release. Don't bite my head off, geez. The competition came down between this song and Shinee's Good Evening, but as you can see Key came out the winner. I've only listened to a few Shinee songs, but I love the members solo albums. I never really noticed Key before ( Minho and Onew are the loves of my life) so I was pleasantly surprised when he released his solo album, and I was even happier because I ended up loving most of the songs. Now every member in Shinee has released a solo song. Except for Minho. Will 2019 be the year?
===============================================================================================
#8 Sam Kim - Makeup
... Kia, there are more songs in 2018 than just the ones that were released within the past few months!
I know! I know! But this song was soooo good!
Sam Kim is a guilty pleasure of mine, and as a true fangirl, I am on top of all his releases. I only started listening to him last year but I fell in love with him so quickly. He and Zion T have those magical vocals that just do wonderful things to my ears. The vocals and slow beat remind me of all the early 2000s R&B songs that I love. The way he sounds while saying "Talk to Me" gets me every time.
===============================================================================================
#7 VAV - Spotlight
Gorgeous or Spotlight? Which would you choose? Trying to decide between those songs was torture! Both songs were equally amazing, and the choreography for both was fun to watch!
===============================================================================================
#6 Day6 - Shoot Me
I didn't realize until I started to type this that #6 is Day6. How irony. Day6 had a bunch of releases in 2018 and while I enjoyed a lot of them, this song is my favorite. It has a unique sound that I have never heard in kpop songs before, and I love the message this song conveys.
===============================================================================================
#5 NCT Dream - We Go UP
I'm honestly surprised that this song made the list. After hearing Chewing Gum, I swore off NCT Dream, and their song Go reminded me why I still didn't like them. But then they came out with this great song, and now I'm actually looking forward to their next release (don't disappoint me SM)
===============================================================================================
#4 VIXX - Scentist
Every year I fall in love with yet another VIXX song, and each year that song ends up on my yearly wrap up list. This song just reminded me how much I love my bias (Leo) and how my bias wrecker is worthy of his title (N). Compared to previous dances I felt that the members were attacking this choreo much harder. Their dances are always graceful, and smooth but seeing how much power they put into the dance reminded me that the members are all great dancers.
===============================================================================================
#3 Varsity - Flower
Such a great song, by a great group. Varsity is a great group but the sad reality is that they are underrated. I wish they got more attention, especially since this song is amazing and since this might be my new favorite by them. But then again, I guess that's how most people feel about their favorite underrated groups...
===============================================================================================
#2 Stray Kids - District 9
After what felt like days of staring at a blank word document, and endless internal debate I decided to place this song here. No doubt Stray Kids was my favorite rookie group from 2018. They worked so hard this year, and had a release every few months. But because of that there were so many great songs to choose from. I narrowed down my top favorites to I Am You and District 9. After more debating (and a coin flip) I finally added this song! I can't wait to see what Stray kids has to offer in 2019!
===============================================================================================
Honorable Mentions
Infinite - Tell Me
Jimin Park - April Fools
TVXQ Chance of Love
NCT U - Boss
N.Flying - How R U Today

#1 MyTeen - She Bad
And the number one spot goes to MyTeen! This group is not known by many, but with such a great song I know that you've listened to it already. Right? (This is a good chance to hit that play button) This song has stuck with me for most of the year, and this is still one of my go to songs. I just love the vocals and the chorus! I can't wait to hear more from them in these upcoming months!

Hi Friends, Long time no see!
I’ve been updating the blog weekly but can you believe it has been almost 7 months since my last post? While I would love to tell you an exciting, dramatic story about how I’ve been busy meeting my idols and falling in love with the most popular guy at my college, I can't.
Why?
Because it would be a lie. An interesting lie, which would probably make a good script for a new TvN drama (Do you think they'll accept an international scriptwriter?) But nope, it's still a lie.
The only thing I've done these past few months is: go to school, hang out with my couch, watch dramas, and repeat.
Honestly, I accepted my fate as a couch potato a long time ago, but recently I upgraded myself to professional drama binge-watcher. You remember that old saying?
When life throws you good dramas, take them and find a comfy couch to enjoy them on.
-Me
(Seriously this song started playing while I was typing this. So I decided to include it!)
How R U Today? (Refer to pun above)
Did you have a fun summer? Also, have you been enjoying the 2018 dramas so far? I’m personally finding them to be hit-or-miss. Over the last few months, I’ve spent my time watching Idol survival shows and lots of Chinese dramas (I’ll spare you from my thoughts. For now).
In all seriousness (or as serious as I can get) I’ve been suffering from a bit of writer's block. When I started this blog 2 years ago I started it because I’m an introverted potato who discovered this wonderful world of Kdramas and had no one to share it with. This blog was all about me, me, and oh yeah me.
Along the way, I started writing post that I thought would help others. It may seem weird but I enjoy being able to help others. I love writing articles addressing questions that I may have had when I started watching dramas and sharing what I've learned along the way. I love recommending shows, and hearing your thoughts once you’ve watched them.
Somewhere along the way, I started writing articles that I was sure would please others. I stopped writing articles that I enjoyed because they didn’t get a lot of views, or because they didn't sound interesting. Instead, I would sometimes force myself to spit out articles that I wasn't excited to write but I knew would be popular.
I lost direction of my blog, and I honestly didn’t know what kind of environment I wanted to create. My writing became very emotionless and wishy-washy. I didn’t want to offend others, and I kept trying to be a people pleaser (I seriously cringe when I read some of my older reviews).
But recently I came to a realization. I started this blog to share MY thoughts and opinions. I did this so I could meet new people, chat with others, and share my love for Asian dramas.
So long story short I’ve found my direction. Again. I’m ready to hop back on the blog and share my
loud, obnoxiousvoice.
That means a few new changes…
Newsletter - Yep, I still don’t have one. BUT! I’m in the process of making a themed monthly newsletter that will feature drama recommendations, new music you should listen to, and blog updates. I hope you’ll go ahead and enter your email above (I promise I won't spam you) so that you can be one of the first few to check out my newsletter!
Expanding- I love Kdramas but if you have been following my blog for a while, then you know I love ALL different types of Asian drama, music, and most importantly FOOD! I want to branch out and share with you more about my interest. Hopefully, I can encourage more people to become interested in new things! Plus I'll be sticking to a new schedule with a post being released every Wednesday (Hurray!)
ME - Last, and most importantly that means you’ll get to know more about who? ME! I want to give you guys exactly what you didn’t ask for: My honest unedited opinions, and loud personality.
I hope to see you guys in the next post!
Peace!

Hiya Friends!
After weeks of procrastination and laziness, I have finally finished watching Longing Heart! Every day I would come home from school and (like a boss) proclaim "TODAY, I'll finish you!" But somehow I found myself getting distracted by new episodes of Radio Romance, Waikiki, and whatever else caught my attention. I mean who wants to watch that old just-ended-two-weeks-ago show, when instead you could be watching something BRAND NEW?
Many bowls of ramen later and, after catching up on all the currently airing shows, it happened. I finally finished! Once the ending credits started rolling I swear I heard "We Are The Champion" by Queen playing in my head. "We are the champions, my friends. And we keep fighting 'til the end!" Do you ever get that feeling? That accomplished feeling after finishing a drama. Like you deserve an award (even though hundreds of people have watched it before you).
Anyways.
Ever since it was announced that Yonghwa was enlisting I've found myself (crying) watching, (crying) re-watching, and (did I mention crying?) re-re-watching different dramas staring the CNBlue members. I feel like I owe them somehow since I haven't a good fangirl. (After listening to all there songs and watching them on Weekly Idol I STILL can't remember all the member's names) Of all the drama's I've seen that feature the CNBlue members, here are my top 5 picks
===============================================================================================
Longing Heart
After multiple weeks, bowls of ramen, and advertisements on my facebook feed I finally finished. I never truly found myself having any of those I-need-to-know-what-happens-next feelings but overall the show was interesting. The story was exactly the same as it was advertised cute, short, and to the point. On one hand that meant that the plot moved at a fast pace and the romance was seen early on. On the other hand, that means that there were a lot of unanswered question and no explanation as to how he was able to time travel. But if you're just like me and just watching for the cute romance, it's easy to ignore those minor plotholes! Watching Jung Shin in Cinderella and the Four Knights made me realize that he'd make a great lead actor. And luckily he didn't disappoint. In Longing Heart he was charming, adorable, and had me melting into goo everytime I saw his legs in those skinny pants (His legs are slim and seemed to go on for miles)
===============================================================================================
My Only Love Song
Instead of calling my previous post "My Only Love Song Review", I probably should've titled it "All The Reasons Jonghyun Is Sexy, and Why He Can Be The Father To My Future Children". I mentioned a few times (cough most of the post cough) that the main reason I loved this show (besides the awesome car that beats people with its doors) was the main couple.The leads were cast perfectly, and their steaming chemistry was off the charts! Jonghyun was our comedic, angsty, bad boy while Gong Seung Yeon was our crazy, badass and, evil-ly smart female lead. Together they made this comedic duo who's romance was unstoppable. The kisses were hot, the stolen glances adorable, and the gestures natural. I've never seen the show We Got Married (and hadn't planned on it) but after seeing this couple in action I decided to go back and watch when the actors first met.
===============================================================================================
The Package
Unlike the other dramas on this list, the reason I fell in love this show and enjoy re-watching it (I still watch certain scenes once a week) wasn't because of lovey-dovey romance. Instead, I found myself loving the relatability of the characters and the stories they told. Yonghwa moved my heart in this role, not only because of his usual charming self but because I felt emotionally connected to his character. The romance was a plus but overall I couldn't help but pray that he got the happy ever after he deserved! All the characters in this drama were excellently developed, but it was Yonghwa's and Ryu Seung Soo story that I was most interested in. Could another actor have pulled off this role? Maybe. But honestly, Yonghwa is such a great actor its hard to think of anybody else in this role.
===============================================================================================
The Entertainer
To be honest I wasn't the biggest fan of this drama. The plot was good but the main romance was as exciting as watching grass grow. It was boring and dragged out. The only reasons I liked this show were because of Minhyuk's character, the storyline with the young father was adorable, and the OST was great! After watching this show I had to go download the OST immediately. I loved "I See You" by Minhyuk and I was surprised by how great his vocals were. I keep hoping one day he'll release a solo album.
===============================================================================================
Girl's Generation 1979
I can't say that Jonghyun's character really stood out in this show, but overall I loved this show. In my review, I mentioned the message that the story delivers and the characters that we meet are what made this short drama such an enjoyable watch. I loved watching the main character, but when it came to romance I was more interested in Jong Hyun's storyline. Not just because I like Jong Hyun (I love him) but rather because he was mysterious and there was more danger lurking around this couple. Who doesn't like a bad boy? In dramas. (Children, I hope that in real life we're dating safe, good guys. Right?)
===============================================================================================
Which drama's featuring CNBlue members have you watched? Any drama's on this list that you haven't seen? Let me Know!
=============================================================================
Pentagon – Violet
I mean love Pentagon because of there energy and colorful concepts, but seriously? Of all the things Violet they could've chosen (flowers, jewelry, stuffed animal, etc) They choose a hideous violet sweater? This song is a nice change filled with excellent vocals, beautiful men, and ugly matching violet sweaters.
Taemin – Day and Night
Well, this is a surprise. I’m not a Taemin fan, but there's something soothing and relaxing about this song. After watching this music video I felt the urge to go appreciate nature. I wanted to go find the biggest open lot (besides the Walmart parking lot) and recreate some of these beautiful moments. Unfortunately, it's almost 33 F degrees outside (0 C), so I decided to stay in bed today and enjoy nature next month.
NCT U – Boss
I'm pretty sure I rewatched the music video at least 6 times within in one hour. The choreography was powerful and sharp, also who wasn't excited to meet Lucas? Hi Lucas!
Rainz – Turn It Up
No clue who these guys are but I loved the beat drop! I can't help but show off some skilled dance moves whenever this song comes on.
=============================================================================
VAV- Gorgeous
It's just so fun and cute! And can we just take a moment to appreciate how normal this video is? No crazy outfits, no excess makeup, and no half-naked chicks in the video (I just had a 2 pm flashback). Just cute guys dancing in an abandoned warehouse. Normal.
Jonghyun – Shinin
I have found my entrance! Every time I enter a room I'm going to throw my arms up just like this! You'll never be alone! Because I'll Alway's be with you, you, you, you! Ugh. The dance is catchy, the lyrics are memorizing, and the song just makes me miss him more.
What songs are you enjoying this week? Let me know!

Let's rewind back to December when all these good kdramas came out. There were so many great kdramas that caught my eye at the time! I was so excited for 2018 and to see what was going to happen in these shows. I was so excited, I found myself doing something I usually don't do. I watched the shows while they were currently airing, instead of waiting for it to end and binge-watching.
Now the first week of February has begun and I feel like all the good shows have all ended at the same time.
2018 isn't off to a good start since I haven't seen any new kdramas that have caught my eye. Instead of waiting for an interesting drama to appear on my screen, I've decided to go back through 2017 and watch any shows that I have missed! (Pssst~ Any suggestions? I'm willing to try anything~)
This is what has been playing on my screen throughout the month of January!
===============================================================================================
Currently Watching
Not as cute as Ji Chang Wook, but I like him.
My Golden Life - Ugh. My first disappointment of 2018 (or technically 2017?). It started off so strong, but it's going downhill so fast! I went in for the romance and strong characters, and now that's about to be the same reason I quit. Romance? Psh~ What romance? All I found was a long time one-sided love that suddenly became mutual, a lead couple so stubborn that its kind of annoying, and a plot that has is losing purpose because of stupid characters. I'm slowly losing interest because I have no clue what direction the story is trying to go in. Is it trying to focus on the rich-to-rags storyline? Revealing a 20-year-old mystery? The development of immature characters? What is it trying to tell me?!
Money Flower- I swear Jang Hyuk is rising in ranks! I loved him in Beautiful Mind and Voice, and Money Flower just sealed the deal. He is now officially #2 on my favorite actor list! Every time I watch this show I can't tear my eyes from the screen and I keep holding my breath whenever I think something major is about to happen. This show is filled with such excellent characters, plot twist, and an awesome anti-hero. I love the suspense and thrill this show gives week after week. I know that It ended a few days ago but I'm still too scared to watch the last episodes. I want to see how it ends, but I don't want the show to finish. Why is life filled with such difficult choices?!
Cambrian Period- I'm shocked by how much I've been enjoying this show. The plot was a little weird at first but it quickly grabbed my attention and pulled me in. The plot reminds me of a Chinese Healer but instead of focus on the media, it focuses on the mafia. The lead couple didn't seem like they would make an appealing couple, but wow was I wrong. The way they act around each other is adorably funny, and they have amazing chemistry. Luckily all the episodes have been released here, but it's taking me three times longer to watch this show since I keep squealing and rewatching the romance scenes.
===============================================================================================
Finished
Me every week while watching this show.
Black- Waste. Of. Time.
Tribes and Empires- I don't think I quite ready to discuss my feelings on this show yet. It started off so epic and ended up being... Bad. So Bad. I mean I had to double check to make sure that I was watching the correct drama.
Somehow 18- How can something so short be so good? I mentioned this show on my 5 Adorable Webdramas You Should Be Watching List, and for good reason. This show is a must watch, not because Choi Min Ho is the lead actor (it is one reason though) but because of its DEEP storyline. There is a lot of plot packed into 2 episodes.
Go Back Couple- In the history of watching K-dramas, this is the second show where I actually wished the second male lead won the girl. The show was good, but it was hard for me to truly enjoy since I disliked the male lead. I kept hoping a miracle would happen and the second lead would step up and win the girl. It was cute, but I kept hoping for a different outcome,
Just Between Lovers - No doubt the Best.Show.Ever. (Well, it lands somewhere in the top 10) With all that's going on in the South Korean Entertainment industry right now, I couldn't help but appreciate this show more because it focuses on mental health. I spent every Sunday and Monday stalking the website until the subbed episode was released. Sometimes I couldn't even wait and I had to watch it raw. I loved that this show was more than just an excellent romance. It was about a group of injured people learning from each other and truly beginning the process of healing. There was no insta-cure but instead, hope that everything would get better.
===============================================================================================
Plan To Watch
"Pick Me. Pick Me. Pick Me Up"
Longing Heart - Lee Jung Shin as the lead? Sold!
Korean Odyssey- Eventually. At this point, I have no idea when this show will actually finish but I'll watch it then.
Bad Guys- I am physically in pain trying to wait to watch this! I loved the first part so much, and I was jumping for joy when they announced this second season. Sadly the subbing is very slow for this show so I might be waiting a few weeks after the show ends. I need to learn Korean.
Radio Romance- I think I plan on watching it? At this point, I'm getting mixed reviews about the show. While I usually watch shows with mixed reviews so that I can form my own opinion, I'm not ready to take a chance. If this show ends up being bad like Temperature of Love I will throw my laptop out of the window. Do you want to see me waste $800? I hope you said no because I REALLY can't afford to.
===============================================================================================
On-Hold
They're so cute! So why is this show so hard to watch?!!
Black Knight - I want to finish it, but I'm having trouble getting past episode 3. The plot is corny and boring. I'm hoping that it gets better but I'm too lazy to find out.
Nirvana in Fire 2- No! I refuse to watch this show right now! I was deeply in love with this show until some idiot spoiled the next few episodes in the comment section! Now I'm on strike until the show ends.

Hello! How R U Today?
2017 was a year filled that filled me with mixed feelings. For every drama that I loved there seemed to be 2 other dramas that I disliked. It took me weeks and many attempts to finish a lot of shows that were released this year. Many shows were just plain boring and I couldn't help noticing kept noticing that many shows shared similar plot lines. The earlier part of 2017 was filled with many excellent shows but once summer came the quality of the shows just seemed to go down. With all the dramas that were released in 2017 I thought I would help you out and tell you what shows you can't miss, and what shows are worth skipping. Of course, everything I say is my own opinion and not everyone will agree with me. Hopefully, you'll be able to find a few new shows to watch or save time by skipping over others.

Can't Miss: Hit The Top
I wanted to love Liar and His Lover so badly. As someone who loved the original Japanese movie, I was excited about this. When it was announced that Lee Hyun Woo and Joy were the leading couple I thought it was sealed deal. And maybe that's what I did wrong. My expectations were high, and the plot didn't deliver. The characters were immature, and the plot made me dislike everyone including the leads. While I won't say Hit The Top was an excellent drama it was enjoyable. The characters were interesting, more relatable, and more everything. The romance had its awkward moments, there could've been more time spent on developing the character relationships, but overall this show had something Liar and His Lover didn't. Character growth! In Hit The Top we could see and notice the changes in all of our lead characters. Even the villain managed to redeem himself! In Liar and His Lover most characters started and ended the same way. Both shows focus on the music entertainment. While Liar and His Lover had excellent OST, Hit The Top delivered a better story.
===============================================================================================
I loved the cast in Woman of Dignity much more (and not because of the big names) because the female leads were captivating. Kim Hee Sun and Kim Sun Ah did an excellent job portraying these badass babes. Both women were different from the usual pushover leads and that is what truly made this show stand out. Ms. Perfect definitely kept me watching but not because I cared about the characters rather I just wanted to know how the show ended.

After watching his chemistry with Gong Seung Yeon in Circle I was excited to see him starring in a romance drama soon after. In Reunited Worlds the chemistry between the leads was... bland. They were cute but the lacked the chemistry that made me want to see more. In Circle we are treated to a suspenseful, thriller with Yeo Jin Goo as our brilliant main character. In Reunited Worlds he is about as smart as a doorknob.
Reunited Worlds tries to sell us this second chance love story but the only redeeming part of this story was the friendship and family relationships. Even the mystery aspect fell short. Circle keeps you entertained while Reunited Worlds makes you wonder if people can truly be this stupid. I wish Circle could've been 5 episodes and longer, and Reunited Worlds 10 episodes shorter.
===============================================================================================
I could just ramble on forever about my thoughts on this show, but overall the romance was much interesting in Seven Days A Queen. The lead couple in this show had more chemistry than those in My Sassy Girl. The plot in Seven Days A Queen was much more captivating and held my attention from start to finish, unlike My Sassy Girl. It took me about 3 tries to finish My Sassy Girl, while it took me 1 night of binge-watching to finish Seven Days a Queen.

Worth the Skip: Liar and His Lover

Can't Miss: Woman of Dignity
Worth the Skip: Ms. Perfect
I'll just start by saying both shows are underrated and underwatched! These shows both focus on older female leads who both seem to have it all, but soon there lives become unraveled. Ms.Perfect is hard to describe. It was an interesting and unique show. The story jumped around a lot, and the characters were hard to understand. The plot fell short in certain places and some scenes would leave me confused. Woman of Dignity also had a plot that jumped around from various characters and timelines. The only difference is that the plot in Woman of Dignity was suspenseful as we tried to solve the murder mystery presented in the first episode, and the story was much easier to follow.I loved the cast in Woman of Dignity much more (and not because of the big names) because the female leads were captivating.

Can't Miss: Band of Unni's
Worth the Skip: You Are To Much
I don't think there is much to say about this. Both use every kdrama cliche in the books but the cast is what truly made the difference. In Band Of Unni's we have this amazing group of woman who are trying to solve a crime that has affected all their lives. Some of the characters just fell flat but luckily some of the characters storylines saved the story. Well, that and all the fighting. I don't think I've ever seen a daily drama where the leads were the ones slapping and not the other way around. You Are To Much was exactly as titled. To much. Too much drama, too much stupidity, and to much lack of common sense. Both shows would've better off with 15 less episodes but you have a better chance of finishing Band Of Unni's than trying to finish 20 episodes of You Are To Much.

Can't Miss: Tomorrow With You
Worth the Skip: Manhole
Geez, I don't even know how to explain my thoughts on Manhole. Tomorrow With You was everything Manhole tried to be, plus more. I mean even the drama Somehow 18 managed to do a better job with the time travel plot, and it was only 10 episodes that were 15 minutes each. Tomorrow With You had leads with great chemistry, an intriguing plot, and great characters. Manhole was filled with immature and annoying characters, annoying love triangles, and a lead couple I didn't ship. If you haven't seen this show consider yourself lucky and keep it going.===============================================================================================

Can't Miss: Circle
Worth the Skip: Reunited Worlds
After watching Yeo Jin Goo's excellent performance in Circle I was amazed to see how horrible his role in Reunited Worlds was. His acting wasn't bad. Nope, it was just the role he was given. Overall Reunited Worlds isn't an awful show, but I definitely wouldn't it recommend it. It's probably not fair to compare it to Circle since they are 2 different genres but since they have the same lead and they aired right after each other its hard not to compare them.After watching his chemistry with Gong Seung Yeon in Circle I was excited to see him starring in a romance drama soon after.

Can't Miss: Seven Days a Queen
Worth the Skip: My Sassy Girl
Argh!! I'm going to start by saying that I am biased. Seven Days a Queen was no doubt my favorite drama from this year and I even wrote a review about how much I loved the complex characters. My Sassy Girl was also a historical romance but that is the only similarities that they share. Unlike the amazing parent story that the drama created from, this show started off weak and had very few good parts. For the most part, the show focuses on the cute lead and usual corruption case with a hint of comedic storytelling. The lead couple was cute but the story was boring. On the other hand, Seven Days A Queen was a heart-wrenching tale about two people who truly loved each other and the sacrifices they made.I could just ramble on forever about my thoughts on this show, but overall the romance was much interesting in Seven Days A Queen.
